The Host

 

In late 2000, an American military pathologist orders a hesitant Korean associate to damage convention by dumping more than 200 jugs of formaldehyde down a channel driving into the Han River in The Host. Through the following few years, there are sightings of an abnormal land and/or water capable animal in the conduit, and the fish in the Han River are vanishing in light of water contamination. A self-destructive businessperson, just before bouncing off a scaffold into the waterway, sees something dull moving under the surface of the water.

 

After six years, in Seoul, Park Gang-du (Song Kang-ho) is an apparently abate witted man who runs a little lunch room with his dad, Hee-bong (Byun Hee-bong). Additionally with him is his girl, Hyun-seo (Go Ah-sung), his sister, Nam-joo (Bae Doona), a national medalist bowman, and his sibling, Nam-il (Park Hae-il), a substantial drinking unemployed college alumni and previous political extremist.

 

While Gang-du is conveying sustenance to a few clients, he sees a swarm along the Han River. They witness a tremendous animal dangling from the Wonhyo Bridge, which then hops into the water. Right away, it appears to be as if the animal has swum away, urging general society to trap it over with nourishment. Minutes after the fact, the animal climbs out of the stream and runs wild. After the animal reasons confusion and slaughters various individuals, Gang-du and an American man endeavor to execute the animal with a metal shaft. Posse du, accepting he has a shell left in his shotgun, gives his firearm to his dad, at his solicitation, with the goal that he can endeavor to hold off the animal, purchasing his family sooner or later to escape.
